I did not visit, but the delivery drivers attitude was extremely poor. He arrived with a car which I assumed was a courtesy car. I was rudely informed that the car was not to be driven by me under any circumstances. He then stated that he wanted to leave the car locked in my garage and he was taking the key?? When I stated that would not only be extremely inconvenient, but also dangerous in the event of an emergency, he reluctantly left the keys, again with stern instructions it was not to be driven under any circumstances. I found his attitude to be very customer unfriendly and the assumption that he could just leave the car in my garage very disrespectful. I normally have excellent service from the collection drivers, they are fantastic. This particular person was the polar opposite. The communication from the service department was as good as usual, it is a shame the face to face person let your dealership down.

We were passing through and dropped by for our first visit, together with our dog Samba. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Samba enjoyed her photoshoot with George, and I enjoyed an impromptu interview with students from Bournemouth University to share my experience of Porsche ownership.

I recently had the pleasure of working at Porsche Centre Bournemouth while filming a drone fly-through of the dealership, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, the team were welcoming, helpful, and incredibly supportive of the work I was there to do. Flying a drone indoors and moving through different areas of a busy dealership requires cooperation from everyone involved, and the staff really played their part. Each department worked with me to make sure the shots could be captured safely and smoothly, which made a big difference to the result. A special thank you to George for organising the day and making everything run so well. It was clear a lot of thought had gone into planning it, and that support made the whole filming process straightforward and enjoyable. I'm really looking forward to coming back soon to capture the exterior footage around the New Forest. Thanks again from Stunning Drone.

When I booked the service I was told that somone would be intouch a few days before my appointment . This didnt happen until last minute after I had chased it up to make sure my car was going to be collected.
There was a statement on my booking email "To help you make an informed decision, we would therefore like to offer you a complimentary no-obligation valuation of your car while it is in with us." I requested this but it has not happened.
