Unfortunately the boot still doesn’t close; the Sat Nav failed 3 times on Sunday and the roof rails have not been replaced. There was also no response to my request to extend the warranty.

Warning! 5 year old Cayenne, 58,000miles, full service history informed that we need a new engine! Informed by mechanics and staff, this is not wear and tear clearly but Porsche still refuse to replace, the quote £30,000, effectively the value of the car! Mechanic at Porsche Bournemouth even told me to “get rid on we buy any car” ethically I wasn’t prepared to do so! Now taking legal action as have no choice even though this is my 2nd Cayenne, and yes the first one had a significant issue that was 9k technical fault! Requested a data access report. Legally one month to respond with the data, hugely disappointed to say they have failed to supply, even though this is legally required to comply. So our family car has been in Porsche now since February with no communication and not complying to legal requests. My opinion avoid Porsche due to poor customer service, ultimately inferior product!
