Group 1 Assured Hailsham

I had previously had dealings with Matt Quarrington at Hailsham BMW I was so pleased and comforted to know he would be helping me to sort out exchanging a car for me He is so helpful , kind ,very professional and nothing is too much trouble! He kept me informed about what was happening to my new/ 2nd hand car so brilliant communication. He also kept his colleague Sam in the loop so if I phoned the office he would be able to answer my queries. The car, I discovered had a leaking floor so Matt has informed me the car will go back to the workshop to sort out the problem In the meantime I have been given a loan car to get me to & from work at Nuffieldhealth Hospital in Tunbridge Wells where I am a Radiographer.Matt has & is wonderful and I’m privileged to have met him and having his assistance with the car I would certainly recommend him especially at Group1 Assured Hailsham but I know the other staff there are equally committed and helpful. Incredibly friendly and quick service received from start to finish. The car had been prepared perfectly and all paperwork was ready to go.
