What is BMW Emergency Services?

BMW Emergency Services provides help for motoring emergencies on the road. It includes a comprehensive range of benefits, which include roadside assistance, car hire, vehicle recovery and redelivery. BMW drivers will have access to an extensive network of Emergency Service centres that are manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, by experienced multi-lingual staff.

Valid on all new BMW cars purchased from Group 1 BMW, BMW Emergency Services are available for a period of three years from the original date of the vehicle registration, with no mileage limitation. BMW Emergency Services is valid on all Approved Used BMW cars for 12 months from the day of the purchase.
How does BMW Emergency Services work?

To receive help in the event of an incident, all you have to do is call 0800 777 111 for vehicle recovery, roadside assistance and specialist help. Calls are free of charge from all consumer landlines and mobile phones.

If your vehicle has been involved in an incident while on the road and requires repair, BMW Emergency Services will take your vehicle to an Authorised BMW Centre, Approved Bodyshop or a BMW Service Authorised Workshop. Only genuine BMW parts and materials will be used and will be fully fitted by trained BMW technicians.

Will the policy cover anyone who drives the vehicle?

BMW Emergency Services provides cover for your vehicle, not the driver. Therefore, in the event that you need roadside assistance, any driver will receive help if required. All you have to do is provide the details of your vehicle and your policy to receive assistance.
What is included as part of BMW Emergency Services?
As part of the BMW Emergency Services cover, you will benefit from:
- Coverage anywhere in the UK and Republic of Ireland
- Roadside assistance on the road, at home or elsewhere
- Unlimited number of assistances in the event of an emergency
- Onward travel or return to your home or overnight accommodation for you and your passengers if your vehicle cannot be repaired within 4 hours
- Vehicle recovery and redelivery to your home address
If you think you are in need of assistance or would like to confirm that your BMW Emergency Service cover is valid, please call the BMW Customer Information Service on 0800 777 111. Please ensure that you have your name, location, telephone number, vehicle registration number or BMW Emergency Service Policy Number available. When calling for assistance, please make sure that you provide the colour of the vehicle and details of what has happened.
