The whole Macclesfield Audi experience was a pleasure; we met Adele on reception who looked after us throughout and Nathan the sales guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was a large number of vehicles on display both in the compound and showroom. Really helpful information given on the various deals and packages available. All round, a very pleasant buying experience.

Absolutely fantastic service from Liam Barron the sales executive at Macclesfield Audi. I called up during the week to enquire about trading in my RS3 for a newer model they had in the showroom, Liam took my details and the details of my car and said I would revive a call back that day. As promised, he called me back and I was happy with the price quoted. We then had another phonecall to sort out all the details for the new car, again excellent service. I was travelling from Scotland on the Saturday so we completed most of paperwork before I arrived to ensure I wasn’t there longer than necessary. Upon arrival, my new car was absolutely gleaming, credit to the team who valet and wash the cars. The tech (sorry can’t remember his name I think it was Dan but I may be wrong), also went out of his way to come in on a Saturday to allow us to trade in our car as we were unable to get time of work to travel on a week day so again, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Liam came out a test drive with me, the car was perfect. He then ran through all the tech in the car as it was slightly different from my old one. This may be a basic expectation but the previous 2 garages I have bought from in Scotland literally handed over the car without going over anything. Liam is an expert in his field of work, there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer. This was genuinely the best experience I have had in all my 15 years of buying cars, I would not hesitate to recommend Audi Macclesfield and the team. Even the lovely reception staff got us a seat and offered us a drink upon arrival. 5 star service from all involved in this sale. Well worth the 4 and a half hour drive down, I’ll definitely be buying from them again. Thank you all, absolutely ecstatic with my new car.

Very happy with our new rs3. Travel all way from Scotland with a trade in car. And the Process was as easy as 123 .. salesman Liam Barron was 10/10 very knowledgeable guy . he knows his Audi cars inside out. He made sure we knew everything at each stage of the purchase he even went out and made sure my wife knew how to work all the entertainment systems. Would 100 percent buy of this man again . Liam is a credit to you company. If only all sales persons was like him again 10/10.
