Had longer wait than usual as MoT was booked before service and brake pad renewal, resulting in later MoT availability. However, I was comfortable in the waiting area and kept informed throughout.

Appointment to assess a recall issue. In on Tuesday, out Thursday with a new power steering unit and a freshly valeted Discovery - no charge! Service manager Mark was very friendly, informative and professional. As my appointment was a short turnaround there were no loaner cars available but was surprised to hear there wasn't any available for the next 6 weeks! That made logistics a challenge. Otherwise, perfect service. Very pleased.

Easy drop off. Like the self service check in before I turn up. Steve who looked after me was very good. Car back very clean. Al good. Only other feedback is that when you give me a curtesy car, if it was the same or better vehicle than I drive, I would be more included to consider buying a new one.

Great service, very hospitable, knowledgeable and welcoming team. Good car health review.
My only issue is why JLR charge £300 for a diagnostic test which surely should contribute to a health check and the engine light was on. That means JLR cannot be sure of the health status of the car, other than the visual check.
