I booked my Jaguar XF in for an MOT on Thursday 4th June, I had confirmed that I would wait for the MoT to be completed, usually 90 minutes. I waited 3 hours 30 minutes and was not kept informed of progress despite asking the women serving on the desk. This was disappointing and far from the usual standards over the years.

All went fine but car not ready until the following day. Apparently one MOT bay out of action.

I booked my car in for a rear wiper to be fitted and for some paint marks to be touched up on the right drivers door. On arrival at JLR I was told the body paint person was not in and that this was something they were not sure they could do??? The person who helped me in the store was very good and explained the person who took the call is not based there? This is strange to me?? They had said they would come back to me when I booked the car, but they never did.
On my previous visit to JLR I asked for a valuation of my vehicle, but no one ever came back to me so this time I didn't bother.

Was left with a flat battery overnight following MOT on 2020 Evoque. This is a known issue which should not have happened. Also found clips for battery cover had been removed but not replaced, instead left underneath the cover.

Well received and well managed at the service centre.
I do find this new routine for charging hundreds to diagnose the problem excessive particularly as the car diagnostics yellow light has already diagnosed the problem and all that was needed was a new sensor
