I recently had my car serviced at Leicester and had a great experience from making the reservation to the time of pick up, service and having my car returned.

Thank you very much – I am extremely satisfied with my new Lexus NX350h. It is a fantastic car and I truly enjoy driving it. The service provided by Rea was outstanding. She is a highly professional and supportive person who assisted me at every stage of the purchasing process. I would rate her service 5 stars without hesitation. The same 5-star rating goes to the salesperson and the manager for their professionalism and customer care. However, I do have serious concerns regarding the company responsible for preparing and cleaning the vehicle before delivery. Unfortunately, the car was not properly cleaned inside. The doors were not thoroughly detailed, and the compartment cover and the glove box door on the passenger side were very dirty. My wife even got her hands stained with black residue, possibly soot, filler material, or wax. Additionally, the vehicle was supposed to be polished on the outside, but visible scratches were still present. To summarize: 5 stars for the sales team and management, but only 1 star for the company responsible for vehicle preparation and cleanliness.

Excellent service as always. They did a complete check of the car, informed via phpne and also with video recording of the underlying areas in the car, technically checked every part and informed the solutions if I want to go ahead. A complimentary car wash is a service that any customer like. Very happy with LEXUS service and would definitely recommend of the car quality,service and customer service.

As usual a very satisfactory visit to Lexus Leicester. The staff are always very professional and helpful. The service was carried out promptly and a couple of small issues were properly dealt with. Thank you to all at Lexus Leicester.
