Exceptional Experience at Mercedes-Benz of Cheshire Oaks ​I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mercedes-Benz of Cheshire Oaks to purchase the new Electric CLA AMG Line, and the entire experience was nothing short of seamless. From the moment I walked through the doors, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, with every member of the staff going out of their way to ensure I was looked after. ​A special mention must go to my salesman, Jack Clarke. Jack truly elevated the entire process. His deep technical knowledge of the new electric platform was impressive—he was able to explain the nuances of the 800V architecture and the MBUX system with ease. Beyond his expertise, it was Jack’s engaging personality that made the difference; he was genuinely enthusiastic, attentive, and never made the process feel like a "hard sell." ​The hand-over of the CLA AMG Line was handled with great care, and I couldn't be happier with the car or the service I received. If you are looking for a new Mercedes-Benz, I highly recommend visiting this branch and asking for Jack!

Slight delay picking up my car as a puncture had been found and was repaired, however Caroline kept me fully updated and also showed my how to use the heater on my car as I hadn't been able to figure it out since buying the car!

Stood waiting for service at front desk for 15 mins along with another gent who had been there longer. Staff just ignored us until eventually I asked for some help. Got car back and had to glue the charging flap on as it has fallen off. Really poor and expect a lot for from Mercedes.
