An absolute disgrace of a team & service. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! DON’T GO ON THEIR SERVICE PLAN IT’S A SCAM!!!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Mechanic broke our car & obviously would not admit this however we caught him out eventually. Kept our car there for MONTHS!! No one would even contact us to try and solve anything or get it fixed. COMPLETELY IGNORED US FOR MONTHS BUT KEPT OUR CAR!!! We wanted to get it solved & fixed and they tried to charge us £12k for something they had done!! Every time we rang we were told someone would ring us back which NEVER happened. Nobody wanted to help, sort anything or even ring us with any kind of update. WE GOT MESSED AROUND FOR MONTHS! Trying to take it further with Mercedes is impossible!! It’s been over 6months and our case is STILL on going because NO ONE will get in touch with you. The manager will hide and “be in a meeting” everytime you call or go in to see him. ALL DAY. EVERYDAY. It’s easier to get in touch with Mercedes in the Netherlands than anyone from here trying to help you. Now we’ve proved they created the damage, we’ve been told going forward they will no longer deal with us. AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE !!! Nasty, horrible, unprofessional people including the mechanic who came out and screamed in my face, in the showroom, in-front of many other customers. If I’m completely honest the Cheshire Oaks branch has genuinely put me off Mercedes all together. Don’t be fooled by the reviews either… there was SO many negative reviews that have magically disappeared recently - including my first review when our case first started. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! Save your money and mental health.

Better than the Liverpool branch, the girls at the service desk were amazing very helpful and such a laugh, they pushed my MOT forward for me so I wasn’t walking round Cheshire oaks all day, if I was to buy another Mercedes I’d for sure buy it from this branch.
