The car wash that was done was very poor there was still bits of dirt and bird poo on the car which is not the usual standard at York Toyota. I will not be returning to Guildford Toyota and will be serviced elsewhere due to this experience.
There was a request to fix the screen washer as not working.. this was ignored.
Then rather than communicating with the lease company who have to ok repairs.. they sent it to me to authorise.. i phoned the dealership who agreed.
When collecting the car.. found none of the items were fixed (one ok as that is going to body repair this week) I contacted tusker who received nothing from toyota and I have had to share my report..
This has now lead to more time and effort to get this sorted.. to bring back AGAIN to get it sorted. If the mechanics did as meant to this would be sorted.. now im trying to get it all done before the mot in August this has been frustrating, time consuming and now having to use more of my days off to get sorted.. and cancelling plans.. awful service and have fed this back to Tusker to raise a complaint!!!!
