You need some signage on entry to the car park, I ended up round the back having a conversation with someone with little English about where MOT parking was.
It always takes too way much standing about at drop off and collection - nobody wants a seat and a coffee, we just want to get on with our day. The ability to walk in, drop the keys with reception and walk straight out rather than waiting for a sales chat would be much better. A link to have prepaid on line would speed it up even more.
You couldn't clean the outside of the car because of the weather, but you could have given it a quick clean on the inside and the offer of some deicing assistance in the freezing cold weather would have been nice.
None of this is massive - but if your hope is that I come out thinking 'they're amazing, I'm glad I chose Group 1 Toyota' - I didn't.
It was all just OK - not bad, but not amazing either.
The whole experience is made very easy, I was kept informed on progress through the day and the car was returned on time freshly valeted.
