For every repair we do, each customer is given a Repair Authenticity Guarantee which states that approved, current repair methods and techniques were used to replace any parts to the right standard. Our technicians are qualified and assessed on a regular basis to ensure we meet the brands standards. These repair methods are updated throughout their lifetime and the right approved tools & equipment are used to ensure the right repair, first time – this includes the Paint & Materials that have been tested at length for quality including anti-corrosion properties.
We have a 3-year Repair Authenticity Guarantee which is our promise that we have utilised genuine parts and paint, trained bodyshop technicians and approved specific repair methods. When you collect your vehicle we will give you an Authenticity Guarantee Certificate.
All of our repairs are carried out to exacting standards in line with manufacturer factory repair methods, using manufacturer trained technicians and only Mmanufacturer genuine parts are used.
