ARMED FORCES DAY MEMORIAL CONVOY 2022

Based on the successful 2019 D-Day 75th Anniversary Convoy, the Armed Forces Memorial Convoy is a charity fundraising event for the Royal British Legion Riders Branch.

The event which takes place on Saturday 25th June 2022 will be supported and powered by Think Ford with the provision of a Lead and Press vehicle.

• The Convoy Route

  The Lord Lieutenant of Hampshire will start the convoy off at 10am at Southwick House near Portsmouth.  Travelling through the Meon Valley to the showground adjacent to Milestones Living History Museum in Basingstoke, the route will go via the B2177, A32, A31 and A339. There will also be a stop-over at Lasham Airfield, near Alton.

  Local communities will be invited to come out and show their support as the convoy travels through their towns and villages.  It is anticipated that each community will plant a memorial tree to coincide with the event.

  Vehicle owners / Registration: WW2 military and civilian vehicles, and post war military vehicles are all welcome. Please register as soon as possible as there is a limit to the number of vehicles for this event, details of which can be found via the link below.
