Congratulations to all who ran the Basingstoke Half Marathon & 10K

Congratulations to everyone that took part in the Phillips Basingstoke Half Marathon on Sunday 3rd October.

It was an extra special event as it was the postponed tenth anniversary of the Marathon due to the lockdown of 2020.

• It turned out to be a glorious sunny Sunday morning, perfect running conditions compared to the previous day which saw torrential rain hit Basingstoke.

  The challenging course, which started off at the War Memorial Park in the centre of Basingstoke, took runners out through the beautiful countryside and delightful villages of Cliddesden, Farleigh Wallop and Ellisfield before heading back in to the centre of Basingstoke, led by our very own Ford Ranger Wildtrak.

  The Ranger which loves to tackle any terrain you can throw at it, had an easy job to do of guiding the front runners around the challenging course which incorporates some legendary hills and some fantastic views of Hampshire's picturesque landscape.

  Congratulatons again to all who took part and we hope to see you again next year.
