Think Ford Wokingham featured in WhatCar’s article ‘Buying a new car during the Coronavirus pandemic'

Our Think Ford Wokingham dealership has recently taken to the spotlight; featuring in a fantastic article written in WhatCar about the buying process during the Coronavirus pandemic.

• WhatCar spoke to Charlotte Kidd who ordered a new Ford Puma with us before the March lockdown. Unfortunately, the pandemic caused delays with some of our orders, so Charlotte had to repeat the buying process again with our dealership to find an alternative model during our lockdown period.

  At Think Ford Wokingham we have implemented a number of safety measures to make the buying process run as smooth as possible. Safety is our priority and as a result we have designed the showroom to allow colleagues and customers to maintain a safe distance apart, aswell as following all hand sanitising guidelines. This was appreciated by Charlotte who said ‘I was always made to feel safe and welcome’. 

  Whilst our customer’s safety is our upmost priority, we still want our customers to have an enjoyable experience. Thereby we have created a number of alternative services for customers to take advantage of including; virtual appointments, online valuations and contactless delivery.

  We are delighted that even during these unprecedented times Charlotte had a great experience at our dealership and felt our new normal ‘still felt right’.
