Land Rover service intervals
To keep your Land Rover running at its optimum performance, it’s important to regularly service your car. Keeping your vehicle up-to-date with regular servicing and maintenance keeps your car running at maximum efficiency. We undertake a number of safety checks on your Land Rover to makes sure that all inside are kept safe when out on the road. Keeping an updated service record also maintains your Land Rover’s resale value, perfect if you’re going to sell it in the future. To keep your vehicle running properly, we recommend the following:
Less than 10,000 miles a year - every 12 months
If you usually drive shorter journeys in your local area, we recommend that you get your Land Rover serviced every 12 months or 9,000, whichever is first. This is because shorter journeys put more strain on your engine due to the frequent stopping and starting, meaning that you need more regular maintenance and checks.
More than 10,000 miles a year - every two years
If you tend to go on longer journeys and often drive on motorways or dual carriageways, we recommend that you get your Land Rover serviced every two years or 10,000 miles. Keep an eye on your tyres as your tread will wear quicker and don’t forget to replace tyres with a low depth before they reach the legal limit.
