    The health and well-being of our team, colleagues and customers is of the utmost importance to us in light of the growing risk posed by the Coronavirus.

    We want to assure our customers that we are actively monitoring the daily updates on Coronavirus (COVID-19) and will continue to respond quickly based on the best advice of the Government and public health authorities.

    We would like to reassure all of our customers that we are open for business as usual. We have taken a number of measures in order to continue with the fundamental operations of our businesses and the essential services we provide for our customers.

    Some of these measures include:

    • Enhancing the disinfection of our company vehicles after each use. We are paying special attention to the most frequently touched surfaces, such as steering wheels and door handles
    • Sanitising all areas of our business frequently, including toilets and customer areas
    • Instructing employees who have a consistent cough or fever like symptoms to stay at home and those in the business to follow the guidelines outlined by the NHS
    • Ensuring all staff are regularly hand-washing
    • Avoiding close contact with customers, including no hand shakes
    • Minimising travel between our Retailers
    • Postponing non-essential training for our employees, or utilising digital or teleconference training to minimise travel and large gatherings of team members
