ŠKODA Driver's Seat Initiative
In partnership with Paloma Faith and the Prince's Trust, we have launched the ŠKODA Driver's Seat Initiative. We are looking for people aged 16-25 who show a Driven By Something Different attitude, have a passion for the arts and want to gain new skills to better themselves and their community.

We like to celebrate people who show a Driven by Something Different attitude - independently minded people who are confident in their own skin and want to make a positive impact on the world around them. As part of this celebration, we are proud to launch the ŠKODA Driver’s Seat Initiative. The initiative will be launched in partnership with the Prince’s Trust and Paloma Faith who herself was helped by the Trust when she was a teenager.
ŠKODA are looking for people aged 16-25 who show a Driven By Something Different attitude, have a passion for the arts and want to gain new skills to better themselves and their community. If selected, our young recruits will be invited to attend a 5 day ‘Get Started’ programme, in collaboration with the Prince’s Trust.
The 5-day course will equip our young recruits with the skills and confidence to go on to achieve their goals. Each course will culminate in a group activity to showcase what they have learned over the week and celebrate their achievements. In the 6 months following, our Driver’s Seat Initiative Champions will keep in touch with the participants, to help them achieve their ambitions.
