Toyota GB has teamed up with Team GB athlete Laura Kenny

Toyota GB has teamed up with Team GB and Britain’s most successful female athlete Laura Kenny, to re-launch the hugely successful and well-received campaign ‘I Am Team GB’. 

• Team GB have created the ‘Nation’s Biggest Sports Day’, that will take place on the August bank holidays of 2019 and 2020. There will be thousands of free and fun activities across the country. 

  The main aim of ‘I Am Team GB’ is to drive sustained growth in physical activity and is a central part of Toyota’s commitment to make movement better for everyone. 

  To help with this, Team GB’s Laura Kenny has signed up as the lead ambassador to motivate the nation to get moving, while other National Lottery-funded Team GB athletes will be at events across the country. 

  Speaking after joining I Am Team GB and Team Toyota, Laura Kenny has high hopes for the upcoming events in August 2019 and 2020: “I am really looking forward to ‘The Nation’s Biggest Sports Day’ in August for what I am sure will be a brilliant weekend right across the UK.”
