My experience at Think Ford Guildford was positive because from the moment we arrived we were taken care of amazingly by Michael who was absolutely brilliant the whole way through. There was an issue with fumin as the car wasn’t ready when we arrived to collect it, and then there was an issue when we did.. but we were immediately offered a hire car until mine was ready the following day and it was all dealt with so well. Well worth the travel and all staff are so lovely. Especially Michael, fab guy. Thankyou!!!
