From new, all electric cars in the BMW i range come with an i Warranty, which includes a Battery Warranty. This covers your high voltage battery for eight years or 100,000 miles from registration.

BMW’s electric battery warranty transfers between owners too! This means you’re covered for the full life cycle of your BMW EV, helping to retain value if you look to sell down the line.

The i Warranty includes a three-year, unlimited mileage warranty on other technical parts of your electric BMW too, which is also transferable.
