Apprenticeships in our Retail Stores
Service Technician
Do you enjoy fixing cars and have an interest in vehicle mechanics? A career as a Service Technician can be incredibly rewarding and many of our Apprentices have progressed to become Master Technicians or moved into Management roles within Group 1 Automotive.
Our three-year Service Technician Apprenticeship Programme covers all aspects of training needed to become a fully qualified Level 3 Technician.
Service Advisor
At the core of our aftersales team, Service Advisors provide trusted, exceptional support. As a Service Advisor, you’re the key contact for customers throughout their vehicle’s service or repair.
These programmes are part of the national apprenticeship scheme, giving you the opportunity to work towards a variety of qualifications, including A Levels and Level 2 and Level 3 NVQ certificates.
Parts Advisor
Are you interested in customer service and the products that are used to manufacture vehicles Then our Parts Advisor Apprenticeship might be the perfect fit for you. The Parts Department plays a vital role at the heart of our business.
As a Parts Advisor, you'll be responsible for managing stock, ordering and selling a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories – all to ensure we meet the needs of our customers efficiently and effectively.

Support Function
In addition to recruiting Apprentices across our dealership network, we also offer apprenticeship opportunities within our support functions, ranging from Level 2 to Level 5.
These roles span various business areas, including IT, Finance, and more, and are crucial to the smooth running and success of our business.
