1. CHOOSE YOUR PROVIDER

To start your wall box installation process, choose from our three recommended home charging partners – Andersen EV, BP Pulse or Pod Point.⁴
2. SUITABILITY SURVEY

Your chosen charging provider will undertake a survey over the phone or online to determine the suitability of your property for a wall box. General requirements include off-street parking, a suitable electrical power supply to your meter and a 100-amp main fuse.
3. ARRANGE INSTALLATION DATE

Agree an installation date with your chosen provider. If you qualify for the government’s EV chargepoint grant to help with the cost, your provider will claim this on your behalf.
4. INSTALLATION AND DEMO

Once your installation date comes around, your chosen provider will install your wall box and talk you through the basics of charging.

If you wish to take up the 7KW home charger and standard installation offer, please sign the customer consent agreement presented by the Retailer which gives Jaguar Contract Hire & Land Rover Contract Hire permission/consent to share your limited data with PodPoint: name, phone number, email address, vehicle make, model and what to do if you change your mind and want to opt out. The Retailer will send scanned customer consent agreements to the Jaguar Contract Hire Internal Support team (every 2 weeks on a Friday) via email to be categorised and logged. The Retailer will then destroy the customer consent agreement via their confidential waste.
