Improved dramatically from last experience, kept up to date, quick turnaround, a nice call from Kevin a day earlier than expected. Sorted issues with much needed KD2 Update, nice courtesy car and washed and vacuumed mine before I picked up which is welcomed as a hose pipe ban where I live. Also some promotional gifts left on the passenger seat. Thank you :0)

Had a fault show on my Audi A3 (drivers front DRL and indicator failure) which after re-starting cleared, however thought i would raise with the service team whilst it was under warranty. From start to finish i couldnt have asked for better service. I liaised with Daniel who arranged to book me in to have a diagnostic check performed and sent me via text a link to assist the technician to locate/rectify the fault. On the day of taking my vehicle to the dealer, Karis the service agent, arranged to have me dropped back to the city centre whilst the technician investigated. They couldnt find any fault with the drivers side front DRL/ Indicator and noted as such. Karis contacted me to arrange drop off of my vehicle and also had the car washed and vacuumed too! This is what customer service is all about !!! Well done Daniel, Karis and team at Group 1 Audi Chelmsford . Thank you.

After being ignored for over an hour today after I visited and enquired about an Electric A6, I decided not to waste anymore of my time and walked out. When I arrived, and explained what I’d visited for, the receptionist bluntly pointed at a showroom car and said “there’s one over there” without any further welcome or offer of assistance. I put that down to an oversight, as she seemed busy. But as time passed it was clear that there was no intention to assist me, nor explain that they were too busy and request a follow-up appointment. I’m not going to bother trying again - the A6 Electric was actually really nice and my interest remains, but I’ll take that interest to a different Audi retailer tomorrow and see if the experience is any better. It is clear I’m in the minority, other reviews are broadly positive about their experience here, but I can only be honest and say that I was ignored for over an hour, and that is a dealbreaker for me.

Avoid avoid avoid. Extremely disappointing experience. I previously had a great experience purchasing my car from them, so was genuinely shocked by the level of customer service when I returned for an MOT and service. Poor communication and the concerns I had were not addressed at all. I was actually so upset that I ended up raising a formal complaint afterwards and, despite being told it would be investigated, have heard nothing back at all for a month now. So I would strongly recommend considering another Audi dealership, or at the very least - completely avoiding them for service/MOT - useless team here.
