What’s included in an Audi Tyre Check?
No one knows your Audi like our trained technicians. Which means they know just how your vehicle should look and perform, including what tyres are fitted to your model specification and whether they are still in peak condition.
With an Audi tyre check, our experts will inspect and report on the condition of your tyres, sending you an AudiCam video of their findings. This includes checking the following:
- Tread depth and uneven wear
- Unusual objects, lumps, bulges and misshapen tyres
- Wear and tear such as cracks, splits and other damage
- Pressures are at the correct inflation for your vehicle
- You have the right style of tyre for your model and season e.g. correct type for electric vehicles, or summer/winter tyres

Whilst the easiest solution to keeping your tyres in peak condition is to bring your vehicle into us every once in a while to be checked over, there are some visual inspections you can do at home to help maintain your Audi’s tyres in-between your routine service visits.
All you need to do is remember these three simple steps:
A – Air. Ensure that the tyre is correctly inflated to the suggested levels for your vehicle.
C – Condition. Check for lumps, bumps, cuts or damage, including foreign objects wedged into the tyre.
T – Tread. The legal minimum tread depth for cars in the UK is 1.6mm which you can check using a 20p piece. You also need to ensure the tread depth hasn’t worn unevenly.
