Before it makes the grade as an apporved Used Audi, every pre-owed Audi model must pass 145 thorough inspections. An Audi technician makes seperate mechanical, interior and exterior checks, conducts a full road-test abd prepares a detailed written report which is available for your assessment.
Should the multi-point check highlight any irregularities, we will undertake rectification work, ensuring the car meets our meticulous standards before it reaches the forecourt. Most imporantantly, we only use Audi Original parts.
Rest assured that the Audi you buy will have a clean, completely transparent record. you'll receive a certificate confirming that the following provenance checks have been carried out and independently verified.
We will provide you with a service history certificate at the time of vehcile handover, detailing all routine servicingwork that has been done by the Authorised Audi Centre network.
Audi opertates a 30 day exchange policy - so in the unlikely event of an irreparable fault occurring within 30 days/1000 miles - we will offer you an exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
12 months Audi Warranty, which includes Audi Roadside Assistance to provide any necessary help at the roadside, with consequential exspence cover for the items such as car hire and hotel accommodation.
If the keys to your Audi are lost or broken or there is a fault with it's locks, we'll cover the cost of replacement and fitting at your local Audi Centre.

Given the scale and impact that Coronavirus (COVID-19) has had on our daily lives, as well as the new advice and regulations issued by the government, Group 1 Audi have made the decision to temporarily close all our showrooms, servicing centres, trade parts and bodyshop operations.
Our servicing department is closed for all non-urgent work until at least Tuesday 14th April 2020, in accordance with the government mandate.
