Swindon Audi Exclusive Service Offer – T&Cs
Terms and Conditions apply. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
1. Promoter. This prize draw for F1 Grand Prix tickets is organised by Group 1 Retail Limited T/A Swindon Audi, part of Group 1 Automotive UK Limited, First Point, St. Leonards Road, Allington, Maidstone, Kent, England, ME16 0LS.
2. Eligibility. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over. To qualify entrants must have a paid service (or service covered by valid service plan) carried out on their Audi vehicle at Swindon Audi during the promotional period. ‘Service’ refers to a valid workshop booking that results in routine service work being invoiced and paid by 31.12.25. Service must be due on vehicle as determined by the onboard computer and previous service history. Entrant must be the registered keeper of the Audi being serviced as detailed on the vehicle’s V5 document. Only private retail customers are eligible. Fleet, business and trade customers are excluded. Employees of Swindon Audi, its group companies, agents or suppliers are not permitted to enter. The Promoter may require proof of age, residency, vehicle ownership and completion of service to verify eligibility.
3. How to enter. Entry is automatic with the completion of a qualifying paid service on an Audi vehicle at Swindon Audi between 1st September and 31st December 2025. No additional purchase is necessary beyond the eligible service. Only one entry per completed service per vehicle per customer is permitted. Entries outside of the promotional period will not be valid.
4. Opening and closing dates. The prize draw opens on Monday 1st September at 8.30am and closes on Wednesday 31st December at 4pm.
5. The Prize. The Promoter will award one customer a pair of general admission F1 British Grand Prix tickets for July 2026. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Prize could be subject change. Travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, and any other expenses are not included.
6. Winner selection and notification. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 14 days of the draw. Valid contact details will apply. If the winner does not respond within the 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner.
7. Data protection and publicity. By entering the prize draw, entrants consent to any personal information you have provided being used by Swindon Audi (Group 1 Automotive UK) for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at audimarketing@group1auto.co.uk within 30 days of the prize draw closing date. An announcement of the winner’s first name will be made via our social media account. The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity (such as photography), but is not obliged to consent to their image being used for marketing. All personal data supplied for the administration of the prize draw will be used in accordance with Group 1 Automotive UK Privacy Notice, details can be found here: https://www.group1auto.co.uk/privacy-policy Data will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for prize fulfilment.
8. Limitation of Liability. The Promoter accepts no responsibility technical errors, or failure of entries to be submitted. The Promoter is not responsible for cancellation or alteration of the Formula 1 event. In such cases, no alternative prize will be provided. The Promoter does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. All responsibilities relating to service warranty and the vehicle are that of the prize winner. The Promoter does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize. Nothing in these terms limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
9. Event conditions. The tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser and venue. The winner must comply with these conditions.
10. General. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw and/or these Terms and Conditions where it becomes necessary to do so, and without prior notice. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
