My experience at Barons BMW Farnborough could have been better because apart from the financial invoice there was not any other useful documentation regarding the equipment and packages that were fitted etc. Also I sent a text message to the salesperson, with a query, and have not received a response.

The staff at Barons BMW Farnborough were good because they were very friendly and professional. They went to every length to make my vehicle purchase as easy as possible. They also offered great additional products but do not pressure you into purchasing them. When the hand over was completed they presented my new vehicle in a special way that I was not expecting.
