Chandlers BMW Hailsham were helpful because I bought the car on-line without viewing so had to take the word of the salesman on trust. There was no haggling or awkward conversations. We agreed a fair price very quickly and finance was arranged without a fuss. overall a ver pleasant experience and the. car was delivered to my house without charge and a tank full of petrol. Only downside was a pervasive aroma of stale tobacco in the car on delivery but the supplier has agreed to recall the vehicle and give the inside surfaces and upholstery a thorough deep clean and also to change the aircon filter which will have been heavily contaminated by tobacco smoke.

My experience at Chandlers BMW Hailsham could have been better because the site is to cramped for safely parking your pride and joy and I have no doubt that is why the car I had just bought and was collecting that day had obtained a scrape on the drivers door since I had agreed to purchase it the week before. Whilst I appreciate that the dealership has said to bring the car back and they'll sort it out it doesn't help the fact that it really spoils the moment and takes the shine off what should be an enjoyable day.
