1. I was not informed that my car was ready. Had I not left home with the hope it would be ready I would have missed your 6 pm cut off.
2. The fitters safety check video was incorrect identifying the wrong tyre that might be worn (video did not align with the report).
3. I am struggling with connecting to the audi app. Promised a follow up call on 19/1. No call received.
