I was very disappointed with the lack of communication between myself and the Dealership during the time my vehicle was in for a service. I checked in automatically and was told as soon as my car was ready I would receive a call. I tried several times to contact reception and no one answered. I then remembered I could track my car and could see it was parked up outside. As it was getting late and I had to rely on a lift I decided to not wait any longer. When I arrived I went to Check out but the machine told me my car wasn't ready. I took a seat and waited. There was an apology from the Person handing me my keys which was appreciated. I feel that your aftercare on this occasion did not match the Audi high standards given during the purchase and handover of my new car.

I would like to take a moment to share some positive feedback regarding my recent visit to the dealership.
From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel very welcome by the two ladies on reception. They were extremely accommodating, immediately offering refreshments and, upon learning that I would be working from the dealership for the day, kindly arranged a private office so that I could undertake my Teams conference calls in a quiet and comfortable environment.
While taking a short break, I spent some time looking at the vehicles in the showroom, where one particular car caught my attention. I was approached by a member of the sales team, and when I asked several questions about the vehicle—many of them quite technical—her knowledge was exceptional. She was able to answer every question confidently and accurately without needing to refer to documentation or electronic resources. I was genuinely taken back by the depth of her understanding of Audi products.
As someone who works in the sales industry, I am very aware of the fine balance between being helpful and being pushy, and I can honestly say she struck this balance perfectly. I believe her name was Barbra, and I feel it is important that individuals like her are recognised for their outstanding contribution to the business.
Unfortunately, I did not take the names of the reception staff, but I would like to commend all three individuals mentioned above. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out and made my overall experience while waiting for my vehicle far more enjoyable.

Mahmoud and Chris were very helpful and knowledgeable also they looked into several options of cars that were in our range and the correct specifications. They kept us in loop at every stage of the process , would highly recommend both of them to friends or family wanting a car
