The service experience at Tetbury Audi was nothing short of exceptional. I was thoroughly impressed when the heater fault on my Audi RS e-tron GT was expertly and efficiently repaired in a single scheduled visit. The ability to secure an appointment within a week was extraordinary, particularly when juxtaposed against an alternative dealership quoting an inspection date of January 26th. The immediate resolution of this critical issue is deeply appreciated as we approach the winter period. While a full-day wait was required, this was a minor consideration given the rapid turnaround and the calibre of the technical work completed. Furthermore, the level of professionalism and customer care provided by Chloe was outstanding. Tetbury Audi has set an exceptionally high benchmark for service delivery

I found the dealership to be professional and helpful - in a friendly manner - throughout my dealings with the Tetbury Audi dealership. Where some difficulties were experienced, it was entirely due to my personal lack of experience with some current technologies. Richard dealt with my lack of confidence in using smartphone functionality and related issues helpfully and with patience. Neither he nor the dealership were at fault in any way in this context.
