Popped in to check out the electric mini options and within a week I drove away with the cutest and coolest car! Paul and Reece were super helpful, so enthusiastic and knowledgeable and are a refreshing change to the usual bland buying experienced in so many dealerships. This is my 2nd mini after having a few years since my first, the swap to full ev could have been daunting, not with Paul, he made it simples !

Visited the Colchester branch of Mini just to take a look at an electric mini. Didn’t really have the intention of buying one. However Tamara was so helpful and explained everything about the electric mini they had in stock we left buying a mini 😃 Tamara went above and beyond with her customer service. Went to sell my car and already talked to them on the phone and gave them all the details. They looked at the mot while I was on the phone which had only been done around a week earlier. They looked round the car when I brought it in then came back and told me I lied about the mileage on the car even though they would have seen this on the MOT as well as me having told them the correct mileage. The mileage they stated was half of what the car had and something I couldn’t lie about as this is pretty visible when selling a car. I wouldn’t ever go back to this branch and would actually drive further to avoid it. They have lost any future sales from me as I was potentially looking at getting another mini in the future. I would tell anyone to avoid going here if you don’t want to be messed around
