My Mum has bought Minis regularly and loves it when she goes in. All the staff know her and help her. I would like to thank Amelia Fisher always ready with a coffee and making a fuss of Of my Mum's dog. I saw a mini in the outside cars and I was converted from Vauxhall. I was lucky enough to have Amelia when I decided to buy the car. When it was raining straight away Amelia had an umbrella over me. I do struggle with certain things and need help, for example paperwork Amelia picked up on this and went through it all with me. I prefer emails to phones so I could ask questions and would receive a quick response, as well as sending me a video. I know this is a small thing Amelia remembered what drinks we both have and I don't drink coffee and I thank Mini as they have a soft drink option. Another plus is being dog friendly. In summary Amelia is a credit to Mini. I will see her again next year when my my Mum's Mini will be ready. for a catch up.
