Plug-In Hybrid Driving Modes
With a selection of pre-programmed driving modes, you can achieve a completely different dynamic from your plug-in hybrid Mercedes with DYNAMIC SELECT.
Hybrid mode is the default setting that automatically prioritises the electric motor, it will then switch to the combustion engine should you need more power or run low on charge.
E-CHARGE/BATTERY mode maintains the battery’s charge until you need it, so you can save battery if you know you’re going to travel through a city or town.

Pre-Entry Climate Control
The Mercedes plug-in range comes with intelligent technology that creates comfort while also optimising efficiency. Pre-Entry Climate control allows you to warm or cool the car while it is still plugged into the charge point so you don’t deplete the battery.
You can configure this to happen remotely via the Mercedes me app or in-car through the MBUX touchscreen system. You can either set this to happen at specific times to make the most of off-peak electricity tariffs, thus saving you even more on your energy usage.

When it comes to going electric, you have plenty of choices. Mercedes-Benz developed the EQ Ready app to help you find out which type of Mercedes electric car suits you - including PHEVs.
Simply download the app and drive as you normally would. It tracks your daily journeys, driving behaviour and other factors to see if a Mercedes PHEV suits you.
