Nicholas Bambury is truly a wonderful man. I feel very attracted to him. He looked into my eyes with his blue eyes, and I felt very warm, he touched my hand when I reached for the gear stick on our test drive. I hope I can see him again one day.

Car went in (running great) for a simple diagnostic. Full service history (services 5 months ago). They held onto it for two weeks, extremely poor communication, changed a small filter pipe then the engine started clanking and went into limp mode. No explanation as to why. They they charged £600 to take the sump out and look at the engine and declared it needed a new engine. Car had done 40k miles. Car now scrapped. Mechanic who did a diagnostic on the car elsewhere a month ago considers the turn of events to be highly suspect. I wouldn’t want other people to go through this experience.

A huge shout out to this dealer, and particularly to Jenny, who demonstrated perfectly how to provide information, never to push, presume or patronise, and in doing so has given me the enormous pleasure of owning my first, immaculate but used, MINI. I am giving this review 5 * because Charlotte Cinque gave 1st class customer service throughout my dealings with her in leasing my new Mini. She was efficient, professional and reliable, answering any queries and dealing with the inevitable ups and downs of sorting out a new car promptly and happily. Today during handover was the same. She and her colleague Jake made the experience easy and pleasant and as a young adult in my seventies, they were patient and helpful without a fault, guiding me through all the tech. Any apprehension I felt before the handover about driving a new car home was soon allayed and I left the garage with 100% satisfaction L Roberts
