Chandlers MINI Worthing were helpful because they have Emma Farley who in our opinion is a credit to the dealership she was amazing , nothing was too much trouble she explained everything and even took a video of the car for us as we’re a 3 hr drive away . Chandlers mini was lovely and clean and the staff were polite and very courteous, there’s plenty of coffee and biscuits too ! We’ve a couple of little niggles with the car but I’m sure Emma will sort it :) highly recommendable dealership

I'd definitely recommend Chandlers MINI Brighton to friends and family because the salesman was polite, listened to what we were looking for and found a suitable vehicle which fitted the requirements perfectly. down side which has no reflection on the salesman was the invoicing and paperwork which were misleading and any negotiations were only to be had on additional products......just wanted to buy a car and not pay for products / cover you can purchase identical for far cheaper (kind of insulting).

I'd endorse Chandlers MINI Hailsham because after a few weeks of frustration and abysmal service experienced at other dealerships/garages, I found four mini's at the Hailsham branch that matched my requirements and priced within my budget. I have only ever bought cars from private sellers in all my driving history, so this was a first in terms of visiting an approved dealership like Chandlers. Admittedly I was a bit apprehensive of receiving the hard sell approach from dubious car salesmen in dubious suits with even more dubious 'expert' knowledge about the cars they're trying to flog me. My previous recent attempts to buy a car had rendered my patience completely evaporated. Inside the reception area was spotless, welcoming and well laid out and equipped with wifi, comfortable seating areas and the vast choice of coffees and newspapers is a nice touch. Jake was an absolute star when dealing with me - so patient handling my questions and genuinely enthusiastic in his knowledge of the car that I was settling on, and also he comes across as someone who seems to enjoy the job that he does. In fact every one of the team at this branch who I spoke to were delightful and a credit to the company. Look after them, or you'll lose them! I'm one very happy customer!
