DO NOT BUY !!! Shocking customer service sold a broken car dealer warranty useless they will not fix it !! Bought an all electric CUPRA BORN 2022, from day one charging issues now Four months on massive charging issues they refuse to try and fix as they know CUPRA BORNS have well known common charging faults, how can I drive a car if the battery is empty !!! They have been no help at all I have tried to fix it for Four long months all the fault finding pairing resetting the car systems everything they haven’t helped at all it’s still under warranty but the WARRANTY IS MEANINGLESS the fact they are the main dealer seems to make it worse where else can you go costing me an extra £100 a month and I’ve had to get cabs and trains and borrow cars as they car just don’t wanna charge !! BE WARNED WHO YOU TRUST NICE WORDS WONT FIX YOUR CAR !!

The infotainment system wasn't working when I arrived, it was when I left,

All representatives were professional, friendly and efficient.
After an initial mix up on how long the service + other recalls would take representatives arranged a courtesy car free of charge which I really appreciate.
Although this service was slightly more expensive than other high street providers, the value is more than worth it.
