SEAT Hatfield is a great car dealership which I have used for a number of yesrs. They have a wide selection of cars to view and the sales team are very helpful, knowledgable and responsive. The showroom is very clean and inviting. Would highly recommend.

5/5 Stars – Exceptional service from start to finish!I recently took my car into Cupra Hatfield for its service as part of my service plan, and the entire experience was faultless.The booking process from the start was completely streamlined, and I really appreciated the helpful reminders and the convenient remote check-in 24 hours before my appointment. I booked a "while you wait" slot for 0:800. The dealership itself is less than two years old, and it is genuinely immaculate, modern, and very impressive inside.Doors opened right on 08:00, and we were welcomed in warmly. Leigh Watkinson checked us in, clearly explained the process, and let us know the service would take around 2 to 2.5 hours. She also walked us through the amenities available on-site and within walking distance. We spent the first 30 minutes relaxing in the showroom before heading out for a 1.5-hour walk.While out, I received a detailed video of the vehicle health check carried out by James, which was a great touch. True to her word, my car was completely ready just 2 hours and 25 minutes after my initial check-in. Leigh handed over the paperwork and even walked us out to the car. To top it off, it had been given a thorough wash and was looking immaculate.A massive thank you to Leigh, James, and the team at Cupra Hatfield for making it such a seamless and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

A very quick and efficient process, to sort a new motability car. Everything was prepared and explained to us and follow up calls were in place too. Our advisor Magic was very helpful and kept a calm relaxed atmosphere.

DO NOT BUY !!! Shocking customer service sold a broken car dealer warranty useless they will not fix it !! Bought an all electric CUPRA BORN 2022, from day one charging issues now Four months on massive charging issues they refuse to try and fix as they know CUPRA BORNS have well known common charging faults, how can I drive a car if the battery is empty !!! They have been no help at all I have tried to fix it for Four long months all the fault finding pairing resetting the car systems everything they haven’t helped at all it’s still under warranty but the WARRANTY IS MEANINGLESS the fact they are the main dealer seems to make it worse where else can you go costing me an extra £100 a month and I’ve had to get cabs and trains and borrow cars as they car just don’t wanna charge !! BE WARNED WHO YOU TRUST NICE WORDS WONT FIX YOUR CAR !!
