Very happy with the service I received whilst buying an approved used SEAT. I was greeted and served by Ellie, who was incredibly professional throughout and helped us with all of our queries and questions. She gave us ample time to look at the car with absolutely no pressure to make a decision, and she even went the extra mile to ensure we could drive away the same day. On top of that, our new car was serviced and valeted within 24 hours of us calling to reserve it. All around a great experience. Thanks again !

1. Member of staff blocked all three remaing parking spaces. Was slightly rude when I asked him to move. 2. Sat in rear of car in showroom. Child locks were on and trapped in. Despite shouting and honking horn the staff ignored us. In the end a customer helped us. 3. Staff were not really that helpful and had no evs at all for a test drive.

Really disappointed following this visit. I know it's 2026 and service levels in general have declined rapidly since the 70's, but it's still stupidly nice to think that you are a valued customer. Sadly, I drove home thinking that I had been more of an imposition to the dealership and that is not a very nice feeling.

just terrible, mechanics are uneducated and the front of house are liars. Never have I known of the customer to have to buy replacement parts at a main dealer. That's the job of the parts team. And for the customer to get invoiced at the end. However due to constant misdiagnosis (we call this parts cannoning) and the service advisors being worried of not receiving payment for a part this is what I was told. I was told i had to pay for a courtesy car and that one isnt available for weeks, and then after calling front of house out for their lies and mistakes suddenly one appeared. Stay away from these clowns.
