We had a brilliant experience buying our new car from ŠKODA, and I particularly wanted to mention Gavin, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Nothing ever felt rushed or pressured or pushy, and Gavin was friendly, helpful and incredibly patient throughout the whole process. When we had a bit of a nightmare with some of the paperwork on collection day, he genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted and that we could finally drive away in our new car! He took the time to go through all of the documentation with us, helped us get the car set up properly and even helped us transfer our things from our part exchange into the new car. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure we were happy and comfortable with everything before we left. Buying a new car can sometimes feel quite overwhelming, especially with all the paperwork and everything there is to take in (with little ones in the mix too, it can be completely hectic), but Gavin made the whole experience so much easier. He was knowledgeable and approachable, which made such a difference. ŠKODA have been amazing throughout, and we are absolutely thrilled with our new car. Gavin was genuinely the best and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much for going above and beyond, it really meant the world to us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent service and explanation of the vehicle and buying process from Poppy. It made the whole experience a pleasure as was the collection process a few days later. A nice touch was receiving a brief video of our car ready for collection a few hours before picking it up.
