I thought the service I received was very good. Mark Williams was very helpful in showing me the available cars, and then when I had made my decision, he was very clear about how to proceed. On pick up day, i was pleased that he was patient with me, in setting up the cars electronic systems to my phone etc too. I thought he was good, knowledgeable and clear and patient through the process. All went very smoothly with no hiccups. Thanks. Much appreciated.

Hello, I usually don't like writing reviews, however I feel like I won't be seen unless I do. I'm a little disappointed in the communication. Although I'm grateful that my car was seen with a free diagnosis due to an accident, I lost contact with the company for a weeks even though I had called back multiple times, and being told I'd get a call back. This wasn't the case for the majority of the time. When I did finally get into contact, I was told they lost my contact information. After I received the report, my insurance told me they needed more information on what they can claim was accident related... so I had asked for clarification on what could be accident related, and was told I'd get that report back to me the same day. This was last Monday, and i haven't received anything. Due to the time passing by to a month and more, I had to return my car rental from my insurance and now I have to go out of pocket for a rental when the accident wasn't my fault ... bottom line is, this could've been prevented if things were done in a timely matter. Like I said, I usually don't like writing reviews like this, but 🤷‍♀️. Thank you.

I don't often give reviews, however after visiting Cambridge Smart last week, I just felt it was needed. I met with Ross and explained that I wanted to test drive the Smart 1. He really couldn't have been more helpful. We did the test drive the next day and again, the attention to detail and general customer experience was brilliant. My previous experience of buying cars has been nothing short of woeful. If you are on the lookout for a new or used Mercedes/Smart, then look no further than the Cambridge Branch.

Excellent service whilst in store. Had to chase for confirmation that my service was overrunning by 2.5 hours and I had to pick up the following day. Received no video confirmation as promised. This is the second year in a row this has happened. I have received full details and constant updates from every other smart / Mercedes garage I have been to.

From making the appointment to collecting my car this was a 5* experience. Megan was very professional in her approach, waiting time was minimal and I was kept informed throughout the process. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you
