I have now phoned 5 times awaiting a call back … promised each time Purchased car and told the car was getting a service before collection Car broke down Mercedes on assistance said it hadn’t been serviced for 2.5 years Waiting clarification and service records but the chance of some contact from dealership is looking unlikely

Whilst buying a Smart Car from Mercedes Norwich, the staff are really helpful (of course) but afterwards, Smart Car owners are definitely treated as 2nd class customers with all the attention given to Mercedes owners. Beware.

2022 Routine B service on Smart EQ. Price quoted same as charged. Would like additional information on electrical tests conducted, like condition of battery and motor. 2023 Routine A service. Price as quoted. Unsure if any electrical tests are done! Battery condition still unknown. Car returned very dirty. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Booked my 2009 Smart fortwo in for an A service including a change of the poly-v belt. Good customer service, good communication and good value from a main dealer.
