However, it is disappointing that my car was accidentally damaged while in your care, and I have not yet received a clear update on the next steps to fix the problem.I appreciate the quality of service Audi usually provides, and I hope this matter will be handled promptly and professionally. Communication and scheduling were a complete disaster. I was called by Audi the day before my appointment, yet no one mentioned that the car would need to be kept overnight due to the scope of work. Finding out only upon arrival left me stranded in Chingford with no straightforward way to return to central London or get back to collect the car. It is clear internal notes are not shared between staff. Information discussed over the phone was never passed along to the person following up today, raising serious doubts about the quality of work and attention to detail. Instead of an actual resolution, the follow-up call yielded no solutions. Complete breakdown in basic logistics and transparency. I will not be returning.

I visited Chingford Audi to have my car valued and discuss purchasing a 2025 S3. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The woman at the front desk came across as dismissive and made me feel unwelcome, despite arriving at 4pm when the dealership closes at 6pm. I was told the staff were busy, although I could see several employees walking around and chatting. As I was genuinely looking to purchase a car, I expected a much more professional and welcoming experience. Even as I was leaving, I could hear the staff member making comments under her breath, which I found unprofessional. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not what I expected from an Audi dealership.
