I have been an Audi customer for over 15 years, purchasing cars from both Chingford and Harold Wood, but unfortunately, I will not be returning. Recently, my husband and I visited to look at the Audi Q6. We were genuinely interested in the car and wanted to arrange a test drive. Unfortunately, the receptionist simply took our details many times , but no salesperson followed up with us or made any effort to continue the conversation or help us with the test drive/purchase. As long-standing Audi customers, we were extremely disappointed by the lack of interest and customer service. We came ready to spend around £40,000 on our next car, but the experience made us look elsewhere. I’m happy to say that our £40,000 went towards another car. Audi has lost a long-term customer, and sadly, I don’t see myself buying an Audi again.

My advisor was so good, very young lad and polite I like the fact that they clean your car after the service. You’re not gonna get that anywhere else.

Ask for a video recording showing that your car has been serviced.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!......I bought a car here once and never went back...

Louis was great throughout the process in securing our new Q3. He kept me informed, dealt with issues quickly and returned calls promptly. Any information I needed was provided clearly. Pretty seamless.

How do you come to a dealership you brought your car Audi) and they can’t bring up any details. Yet you go Mercedes and they tell you everything and offer more money for your car. To top it off the guy ardi we came to see just decided to up and leave and go home no courtesy call nothing. Baring in mind I called to say I was running late. Audi Chingford worst dealership the staff don’t have a clue. They don’t promote their cars at all. I saw everyone go Mercedes or Porsche. They value business
