My experience at Finchley Road Audi could have been better because the offers linked to the finance could have been explained better and now after I purchased car, I have been told I can't can't have the 2 year warranty because I did not take finance!!, the car should have been polished. The check list (150) points was inaccurate. The release cables for both EV charge flaps were broken

Octavian was so willing to help and worked in our favour to get the car we really wanted. Not only did he give a little toy car to my son to keep him occupied but also found him a banana when he got hungry! Octavian was always there when I called and was prompt in coming back to my emails. Very speedy and thorough.
