AVOID AUDI FINCHLEY ROAD. I took my 2025 Audi A1 in because the engine kept cutting out. While it was in their care, an Audi technician crashed it so badly that the car was written off. Before the crash, my Audi app repeatedly showed the alarm going off and the car unlocked while it was being driven around residential streets in South London, nowhere near the dealership. After writing off my car, Audi then delayed the entire process. My insurer was chasing them, the company trying to collect the damaged car was chasing them, and Audi were not responding. Frank Thomas, Head of Business, then agreed in writing to refund me the money I had personally paid for additional options on the car on a pro-rata basis. Months later, I have still not been paid. I chased for the amount and payment date and was simply ignored. So my car went in for a fault, Audi crashed and wrote it off, delayed the write-off process, and have still not paid money their own Head of Business agreed to refund. I would not leave my car with this branch. Mine went in for a repair and never came back, and I have been left financially out of pocket ever since.

The sales guys helped me alot ! Went to pick car up Sunday as had a your car is ready, video all good notification - service guys don't work on a Sunday , but sales guys helped me get my fixed recalled car so I could get to hospital! All in all a really great experience and new update installed and central locking back on ! Tip -if your car in for a service or recall I would advise not to travel on a Sunday as no one from service is in to go through. The sales guy who helped me was a legend

1 star- the only thing they are good for is the complementary car wash. Booked my car in for a routine service on 14/10/26 as they had availability sooner than the Whetstone branch I normally go to (who are fantastic). Your worst fears are despite dropping the car off at 8am you are an afterthought, they forget about the car and rush through it. Very poor/ no communication throughout the day. The car needed very basic additional work- a break fluid and gear box oil change (which I was happy to pay for and asked to be done) but they gave me an excuse about not being able to do it today and rebooking. In addition, when initially booking it in I specifically asked them to look at an SOS emergency call fault (which I think just needs a battery change!), they never bothered to look at this. When I followed up and asked them about it they said (again) they would need to rebook in to run a diagnostic test. Very underwhelming, poor customer (and car) service. I will not be bringing to them again.

I would exercise caution before trying to purchase a vehicle from this company. The sales adviser is absolutely rude and vindictive, and they never answer their phone calls, so getting through to somebody via telephone is an absolute nightmare.
