After so many years with Audi, lastweek i booked in for MOT, car had an adblue warning system fault which they were told, however drop my car off 830am, and i get a phone call at 430pm to say that they cant do MOT due to system warning light, left me completely in the lurch said pick up car and rebook it in for diagnostics etc...to find out what it is, clearly the dashboard said adblue error amd a common fault but my main issue is the customer service was absolutely poor, and didnt expect that at all. i expected Audi to look after me and guide thru the process for next steps, anyway took the car away to local garage, said common fault fixed, and got my MOT done elsewhere, half the cost for the whole process. What a complete joke. Considering i have an audi for a years, i felt completely left in the dark, they couldnt give a shit. Now looking to move away from Audi or not use that service centre any longer. appalling.

⭐ 1 STAR — AND I’D GIVE 0 IF I COULD Honestly, what an absolute joke of a service centre. I’ve never experienced such a complete waste of time. I booked my car in back in June because it had an issue covered under warranty. This place is an hour away from me, but I deliberately chose them because I knew my car would need to stay for a few days and, being under warranty, I expected a replacement car for the duration of the repair. Sounds reasonable, right? Apparently that was asking for too much. 😂 I arrive for my appointment and find out they’ve only booked me a replacement car for ONE DAY. ONE. DAY. Even though they knew the work on my car would take longer. So I’m sitting there thinking… what exactly is the plan here? Are you expecting the mechanic to work on my car overnight at the speed of light? Or am I supposed to hand the replacement car back after one day and just walk home? 😂 They then tell me, “Let’s book you in again next month and we’ll make sure the replacement car is booked for longer.” Okay, fair enough. That actually sounded like a sensible solution. So I take my car back, wait another month and return for the next appointment. And guess what? THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Once again, they had only booked the replacement car for one day, despite knowing the repair could take several days. At this point, I genuinely had to wonder whether anyone there actually speaks to each other. What is the point of booking my car in for a job that takes several days if you’re only arranging a replacement car for one day? This isn’t rocket science. It’s basic common sense. I’ve now wasted 3–4 MONTHS dealing with this nonsense. Multiple appointments, an hour travelling each way, waiting around, rearranging my time — and for what? Absolutely nothing. And the reception service makes the whole experience even worse. You can literally stand there waiting for 30 minutes just to speak to someone. The receptionist can see you’re there, look directly at you, and then continue sitting on the laptop as if you’re part of the furniture. 😂 I’m sorry, but what kind of customer service is that? If a customer is standing in front of you, maybe — just maybe — acknowledge them and deal with them? I went out of my way to use this place because I trusted that an Audi service centre would actually provide a professional service. Instead, I’ve experienced poor communication, ridiculous planning and absolutely zero respect for my time. Audi seriously needs to have a word with this place. Please, for the love of God, tell them to FIX UP. Use some common sense. Communicate with your customers. If a repair is going to take several days, book a replacement car for the time the customer actually needs it. How difficult is that? And now, because of this complete mess, I’ve had to book with another Audi dealership and I’m potentially looking at ANOTHER FEW MONTHS WAITING. So I’ve basically waited months, travelled an hour, attended appointments, wasted my time and ended up exactly where I started. What an absolute joke. I expected much better from an Audi service centre. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. Audi — please sort this place out. They seriously need to get their act together. ⭐ 1/5 — Would NOT recommend.

My local centre, I have been servicing my Audi at for years. Lets aim for 5 stars, with better customer service and faster service. Great when you are in their in person. You get to sort things. Otherwise issues can drag for weeks.

Absolute joke as always! Complete let down, no one has a clue what they're doing. Don't book cars in if you don't have the staff or capacity to complete the job on time.

Brought my car in purely for an alternator replacement. On the very first drive after collection—less than 24 hours after getting the car back from them—the mechatronic unit blew up and the gearbox completely failed. Instead of taking ownership of what happened in their workshop, Ranj made excuses and deflected liability while also failing to make communication leading me to have to turn up everyday just for an update. It was returned with severe drivability hazards and Ranj was completely dismissive. The only positive note goes to Patrick and Monica, who were professional, helpful and genuinely tried their best to assist throughout this ordeal but by that time it was too late. However, the overall service standard and management conduct are unacceptable. Avoid this service center and Audi as a whole as according to Ranj, their after sales manager, "We get cars off the showroom floors needing big jobs so no shock your car has issues due to its age

I recently had my car repaired last week after hearing a customer complain about a missing locking nut. When I returned the following day, I discovered that my locking nut was missing It has now been six days 02/09/2026, and I am still awaiting a replacement. Given the current situation, it would be quite inconvenient if I were to experience a puncture now. I left Audi six years ago due to the unsatisfactory service at the Harold Wood service center. As a result, I will need to visit the Loughton

I booked my car in for service was 20 minutes late receptionist at the time told me the booking manager Alice "will be difficult to help you because she woke up in a bad mood" then proceeded to tell me to wait and she will try to "convince" her to help me. All this while eating a packet of crips nobody should be doing. I waited 1 hour nobody came to me I am late, either reschedule or say I can't be seen. She was purley seeking reciprocity. The receptionist should bear in mind shes not the gatekeeper to heaven, I've sinned by arriving late, so be it! Nothing personal. Please be professional in future. This was on 26/08/2026 at 10.45 am at the service desk reception.

I took my Audi to fix it. They make a diagnostic and they tell the price I After couple of days they calling me I was thinking my car is ready but no, they say oh we find another problem. I asked them how you make the diagnostic on the first time. What is this? You broke my car no, we don’t broke your car. I said just leave it. I took it out of my car and Now I have more oil leak like before
