I'd suggest Norwich Audi to a friend because the level of care I was given from the inquiry of the vehicle, I was dealt with Eden Bird. She was so nice, I was given a high level of customer service and for an additional touch, she gave my son a new teddy bear which was delivered in our new Audi Q5. The whole process was very smooth, I was given the price which I had in my budget to having the vehicle being delivered ‘free of charge’. I am located over 3 hours away but having said that, it’s certainly a nice touch. I would definitely recommend Norwich Audi. Thank-you so much my wife absolutely adore’s our new car!

I'd suggest Norwich Audi to a friend because the salesman Bobby Etchells was very good. Very knowledgeable regarding the car, not pushy,very patient,friendly and helpful. I did however have a few problems with their finance organiser who I found to be very unprofessional. This would not deter me from buying at Audi Norwich again though.
