I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Dylan Montague for his amazing service. Truly incredible from start to finish. I arrived at 5:42pm this evening to collect my car, late in the day, but Dylan still went out of his way to take the time to talk me through all the work that had been carried out, the issues that had been resolved, and even update me on some of the new software features. To be completely honest, I haven’t been overly impressed with Audi recently, but the experience I had today has genuinely changed my mindset. Dylan, thank you again for going above and beyond. Outstanding service and a brilliant asset to Audi Norwich. It’s amazing what a difference great customer service can make.

Tamas was great! He found me the perfect car and I picked it up within 2 weeks. His communication was excellent and he really went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for!

Had the brake fluid change. Good welcome from the receptionist. The whole process was very professional and completed sooner than expected.

We highly recommend Audi, Norwich. We finally popped into Audi, Norwich on Meridian Way (after a frustrating and difficult day of car viewings and after trying several less than satisfactory car dealers.) Keiran Partridge, salesman extraordinaire, met us and assisted us with viewing an audi. He was down-to-earth, honest and accommodating. Extremely professional and knowledgeable, he was more than able to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel we were being urged into a sale. No question was too small, he answered them all (and there were many!) Keiran then guided us through the process of buying a car. He went above and beyond, even working late to accommodate us. Along with another colleague who remained late just for us. We were never rushed or made to feel we were holding anyone up. We were not buying a hugely expensive vehicle. We probably bought one of the cheapest vehicles in stock. The fact that we received such wonderful service for this shows integrity on the part of the dealership and Keiran personally. The dealership as a whole felt welcoming, calm and reasonable. After the experience of a week of visiting dealerships, next time I would be tempted to buy another car here just to avoid the awful pushiness of other dealers. After sales care appears to be excellent too which is another positive for Audi Norwich.
