Great profession service.

Incomplete Service, Poor Workmanship,No Refund,Ignoring my emails. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Audi Watford. I paid for a full service, but the standard of work and the way my complaint has been handled since have been completely unacceptable. When I returned home after the service, I discovered that the coolant level was below the minimum mark and the oil filler cap had been left loose and abandoned under the bonnet. This is not the level of care or professionalism I would expect from an authorised Audi service centre. I was asked to bring the car back for a coolant top-up. When I returned, the staff denied that a top-up had been necessary, despite the visible coolant spills around the engine bay. Rather than taking responsibility and properly addressing my concerns, I was left feeling that my observations were simply being dismissed. Despite my photos with before and after. To make matters worse, I was promised a refund for some of the work carried out. It has now been two months, and despite sending multiple emails, I have received no refund and my emails are being ignored. The lack of accountability, poor communication and failure to honour the promised refund are extremely frustrating. When customers pay for a full service at an Audi dealership, they should be able to trust that the work will be completed properly and that any problems will be dealt with professionally. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. I paid for a service that fell below my expectations, discovered basic issues after leaving the dealership, and have spent the following two months chasing a refund that was promised to me. I would not recommend Audi Watford based on my experience. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, responds to my emails and finally resolves the outstanding refund. Customers deserve better service, transparency and accountability than this. (The contact person was Louise Stevens ,who was incredibly helpful at the beginning and totally ignorant after .)

I recently purchased a service plan with Audi, after receiving an email about the plan I realised I was lied to about the plan. I then raised a complaint, told I would receive a call with 3 days but no one called. I called back after 2 weeks to find out no one had raised a complaint. When raising a new complaint with Audi I was told VW financial services book service plans and that Audi does not and that they are responsible for this. VW financial services told me Audi are responsible for booking all services plans. I have spoken to 4 different Audi representatives, each one has told me different service intervals and different information. The vehicle has a recall that requires Audi to work on it for 2 days and I would have to pay £45 per day for a vehicle. A manager from Audi has told me to cancel my service plan. That was basically the end of the conversation and complaint, I was also told that a recording of the booking cannot be shared with me. Poor customer service, 1 star is too much for Audi.

very smooth process to buy my audi 6 used car. Rafael is a very decent salesman. He is very polite and patient. He answered every question, sent 2 videos for 2 cars, gave ample time for a test drive, helped with Sanjeev the sales manager to reserve a car, sort finances and a reasonable warranty. Aftercare is also very good. I would thoroughly recommend Rafael for car purchase

Vito provided a brilliant service,( friendly, professional) from the time he took my initial call , all the way to the day when I picked up my keys.

This showroom branch at Watford does not accept phone calls from anonymous callers. Not acceptable at all. I never had any issues with other Audi branches. When I called Birmingham Audi with withheld phone number, they still accepted my call. To be honest I have always found Birmingham Audi much better

I had a really positive experience with Anil at Audi Watford. He was friendly, helpful and patient throughout the whole process, making what can sometimes feel like a stressful experience of buying a new car feel much easier. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with the process from start to finish.
